10-Metre Long Sate Lilit Was Made at Bali Collection

In collaboration with Bali Culinary Professional, Bali Collection managed to throw a Traditional Cooking Demo event entitled, ‘The Longest Sate Lilit’ where they invited guests to grill Satay Lilit together and taste their creations with charcoal cassava. This 10-meter long satay grilling demo was to introduce the visitors of Bali Collection to this popular Balinese traditional cuisine, while at the same time providing education about the methods of making this famous satay. This cooking demonstration was part of the agenda for Wonderful Indonesia Culinary & Shopping Festival 2017 which was held on 18 - 20 October 2017. This event was meant to promote the uniqueness of Bali and attract tourist visits by highlighting food, products and local culture.
