Bart van Olphen & Mandif Warokka for “Bart’s Fish Tales FoodTube channel”

Fish expert from The Netherlands, Bart van Olphen will visit Bali and collaborate with the Indonesian restaurateur, Mandif Warokka. Incidentally,  chef Mandif is currently aiming to earn a Michelin Star. Bart’s stay in Bali is to video for his fish-tales FoodTube channel. They will cook together and will show an Indonesian recipe, tips and tricks on how to make the perfect seafood dish using sustainable ingredients.
