The COMO Shambhala Cuisine offers salads, energising juices and blends, copious with living enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The carefully and meticulously crafted Sunday Brunch menu serves healthy yet divine cuisines, overseen by Balinese-born Executive Chef, Dewa Wijaya.
