Barbecue Dinner at Uma Bar Monday, December 24th 2018 Enjoy a Balinese-inspired dinner with an Asian twist, prepared live in front of your eyes at  Como Uma's special oil drum charcoal barbecue. Their chefs will serve Balinese-spiced spare ribs, red snapper and more, with special ‘smoky’ cocktails to fire your appetite further. From 5.30pm to 9.30pm IDR 45,000 per dish and IDR 95,000 per cocktail Children’s Activities Monday, December 24th 2018 Decorate cupcakes and gingerbread men from 4.00pm to 4.30pm at Uma Cucina. Decorate our Christmas tree from 4.30pm to 5.00pm at Uma Cucina. Kids ‘barong’ dancing to a traditional gamelan band and a visit from Father Christmas from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. These activities are complimentary for all in-house guests. Guests can dine on a selection of classic Italian dishes, including traditional roast turkey with a sage and mushroom stuffing. Finish with a decadent chocolate bombe, coated in a rum-vanilla sauce. An à la carte menu is also available (not included in set menu prices). BOXING DAY Wednesday, 26 December  2018: A Cultural Taste of Bali Discover the authentic flavours and sounds of Bali at Como Uma's restaurant, Kemiri, enjoying a dinner paired with selected local wines and accompanied by traditional dance and musical performances. Guests can feast on traditional Balinese cuisine, starting with decadent minced fish satay or oxtail soup, before sampling delicacies such as smoked duck or wok-fried squid and finishing with Balinese favourites such as banana and pumpkin stew or sweet cassava cake.
