Karma Kandara Launches Aqua Wellness Retreats

The multi-award-winning 5-star Karma Kandara, Karma Group’s flagship resort, has just announced plans to launch two dynamic week-long series of Aqua Wellness workshops at its luxurious spa and wellness retreats this November – Fit & Recenter & Aqua Phobia. Both hands-on workshops use the power of water and Fu Shi Relax to nourish, heal and nurture guests through bespoke sessions and techniques tailored exactly to their needs, helping them achieve optimal confidence and well-being - all in the lap of luxury.

The Aqua Phobia Retreat helps individuals overcome their fear of water in a week-long itinerary addressing both body and mind. Its daily program, with 88 exercises featuring Aqua Fitness, Sophrology and sauna treatments, is designed to treat the guest’s physical fear of water, while its unique Fu Shi Relax sessions help ease anxiety and stress. The Fit & Recenter Retreat helps guests improve their overall fitness and well-being through a series of intensive aqua fitness exercises and Fu Shi Relax sessions, enabling them to lose weight while gaining confidence and strength. These consist of cardio interval training, full body circuit training and body styling.
