Musubi Modern Japanese Kitchen
From the guys behind the fame of Rayjin, Musubi is the first Japanese modern cafe in Indonesia that dishes up Japanese inspired all day brunch, coffee, and Pan-Asian izakaya. Taking the lead at the kitchen of Musubi is a Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate Rui Yamagishi, a Bali-born Japanese man with years of culinary experience. He has successfully marked his name in a number of renowned restaurants in Australia such as Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Blancharu, Rockpool Bar & Grill, and Eleven Bridge (formerly Rockpool 1989). At Musubi, Rui delivers the best quality of modern western food using Japanese techniques and ingredients, along with a great Omotenashi service to create a memorable dining experience for diners.
