Despite already pleasing so many over the years, Splash Bistro has decided its time for a menu revamp - and it is good! As if the new year prompted Hard Rock to say “out with the old, in with the new”, every dish has been reworked. Some highlights include: The Rockstars Board, a 60cm plank topped with hot nachos, chicken wings and crispy spring rolls for sharing by the pool; the Prawn and Crab Meat Arrabiata Spaghetti, for a big, delicious seafood slurp; the Beef Rendang Wood Oven Fired Pizza, for an East-Meets-West finger food experience; and the top pick of the new menu which are The Sliders, 3 choices of perfectly sized mini-burgers filled with either Chicken Parmigiana, Angus Beef or Spicy Balinese Pulled Pork.
