Newly opened on the Jl. Raya Kerobokan stretch is Republik 1945, an Indonesian restaurant that pays homage to the flavours and recipes of the archipelago. The venue encompasses both a chic indoor lounge and a large alfresco dining area, both of which incorporate a blend of contemporary urban design with touches of traditional elements. The result is a sophisticated dining destination that, although Ná la modeá, also remains true to Indonesia. The menu showcases dishes that are both rich in flavour and rich in history. From home-style dishes, to street-food favourites, Republik 1945 brings an enriched yet authentic Indonesian dining experience to the table.
