“The French Connection” Festival Gastronomique 2015

After being the pioneer of Guest Chef events in the last few years in Bali, hosting international chefs from all over the world in his two Bali based venues, celebrity Masterchef Chris Salans is now proud to bring to Indonesia, this June 2015, the very first “The French Connection - Festival Gastronomique”, an exciting four-day culinary extravaganza of cooking master classes, workshops, dinners and food centered events.

This first-of-its-kind in Indonesia event will bring together celebrity chefs from everywhere in the world to celebrate the best of French gourmet food in Bali and showcase current international trends in cuisine to Indonesia. The 4-day long “The French Connection - Festival Gastronomique” will be hosted for this inaugural year by Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud and MozaicBeachclub in Seminyak.
