SOHAM Wellness Centre Opens in Seminyak
Spread over 2,000 sq metres and four floors high, SOHAM is a one-stop shop for all your wellness needs. This new extension to the award winning Maca Villas and Spa Bali has made sure to cover every aspect of health.
Fitness freaks will be happy to know that SOHAM houses a fully-equipped gym, yoga and hot yoga studios, MMA Boxing area, nationally certified personal trainers and even a half-Olympic size pool. In the very same building you will also find a spa on the top floor that covers everything from reflexology to ayurvedic treatments. SOHAM will also serve an array of ‘guilt-free’ meals at their Healthy Café, with detox cold-presses juices on offer too.
Modern, new and all encompassing, SOHAM will likely become a hive for health-focused folk around the island. They offer day passes as well as memberships, so both tourists and residents can enjoy their services.
